Devlog June 26th 2025 - Kill Me Softly


Quick update on the progress as of June 26, 2025:

Sewer Puzzle

Just wrapped up a new puzzle for the sewer section, opening the path to the prison. It’s will require paying attention and noticing details from some of the earlier areas. Hopefully, it’s tricky but solvable.

Will be working on getting some feedback for that.

Difficulty System

I’ve added a difficulty selection system. It’s working, though the differences are subtle for now. I’m planning to expand on things like enemy toughness and item availability to make each mode stand out more soon.

Library and Beyond

Been cleaning up the library, focusing on camera positioning, along with sorting out all the door animations and sound effects.

Next Steps

Things are moving along well. The sewer to prison transition is up next. More updates will be coming soon.
